I earned a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and have been a psychotherapist and counselor since 1989. Undergraduate focus included Dance Therapy.

Contributing to the vitality of my work are my selection of mentors and advanced education. My ongoing studies include Jungian dream work, Family Systems, Process Oriented Psychotherapy and Modern Analytic Group Therapy.

I participate regularly in advanced trainings with:
- Center for Group Studies in New York
- Pacific Northwest Society of Jungian Analysts
